I’m looking to set up Focus in Work mode and the big concern/question I have is what to do about messages and phone calls?

Sometimes (rarely) I get calls or texts from other stores and I’d like to not ignore these. The thing is, it’s not a set of people I can add to the allow list. If I add no one will it let anyone in?

Did you ever figure this out? I was just about to explore using focus just to have a different home page at work, but I don’t want to block any notifications from anyone.

I think in these two cases, you want to add the apps you want notifications from and skip the people section. So if want texts and phone calls to sneak through, add Phone and Messages app to the apps section. Anything that comes in via those apps will pass through.

(I have not tested this setup as I'm more interested in blocking everyone except family in most cases)

Allowed me to specify no-one.

Not seeing the "Allow Nobody" option at the bottom of that screen? Or, can setup with at least one person, then go in and remove them from the People list.
