Steve Jobs. He doesn't have coworkers, he is in his old world.

Apple workers (not just engineers) bring ideas to their boss, the managers/departmental heads goes to Steve Jobs about it and he either vote them down or ask them to produce the concept and if the concept isn't good enough, he'll either shut the project down or tell them to start again from the ground up with different ideology.

That's as far as I seen from the past several years. Apple is a secretive company, they don't share what goes on but as far as we know, Jobs runs the product line.

Oh I see. It all makes sense now how why I see people complain alot about hardware. Thanks =)

LOL. Find a tablet that is thin as the iPad and has 10 hour battery. Apple hardware is so horrible that no one can match it.

This isn't an iPad forum, he's talking about Apple's hardware in general.

Look at MacPro, look at Macbook Air, they haven't been updated in a long time. The Macbook has been refreshed today and still only include 2GB. Please, it doesn't cost Apple that much to include 4GB by default even to meet 999$.

In my opinion, if apple aims at businesses and professionals, shouldn't they keep up to date with all their mobile product lines? Or is it so immersed in making one perfect product that the company leaves all the other products aside in a single file queue line?

And is apple really that stingy with their prices/products?

LOL....

OK, let's look at the creaking, ancient MacBook Air.
It's obviously only slightly better than an Abacus. Doesn't Apple realize that all of the PC makers offer 13" ultra-light high-quality laptops made out of metal for half the price, double the battery life and triple the storage and performance?

Or for that matter the Mac Pro. EVERYBODY knows that ANYONE, even illiterate Albanian Hermits can build a computer that's TWICE AS FAST for HALF THE MONEY! With only eight cores it's so, so far out of date that it's a wonder it can process email.

Or the awfully dated Mini. Isn't that poor little dear old enough to vote? Maybe that 30" Apple Cinema Display? You know the one left over from the Regan Admistration?

Oh. And Memory. Yes, you're completely right. It doesn't really cost Apple anything extra for 4GB memory, so why shouldn't they put 4GB in everything? I mean the SODIMMS even look the same! Same size, same color, same little black things stuck on... It couldn't possibly cost THAT much more for 4GB. But why stop at 4? Why not 8? or 16? After all, they're already making PLENTY of money from the Apple Tax.... What's a couple of crummy GBs?

With all of this ancient , overpriced junk, it's no wonder that Apple Stock is in the toilet! They might as well just give up.

Have Fun, :p

Makes no difference. Apple does what they want and consumers line up to buy every quarter.
