The site says you can choose any service plan for the phone as well as those, so instead of the basic $60 plan could I get AT&T's basic 450 minute $39.99 plan for the iPhone?

I watched the video and I did not see where this would be possible, though it sounds like you can.

Also if this is possible would one be able to use visual voice mail? Sorry if I am unclear.

My understanding is that you can use any existing AT&T plan, but must add the $20 iPhone data plan. Which puts you at the price of the 450 minute iPhone plan anyway.
