I have a MBP which I purchased back in Feb. Since then I've had to get it replaced twice for different reasons. I know that now Apple is doing something about the "whine" on the MBP. If I take it in to my local Apple store do you think that they would
1) replace it with a MBP C2D
2) replace it with a refurbished MBP
3) send it in for repairs

Any of those situations would be fine, but I was wondering if someone had a similar situation and what the outcome was.

Thanks
Andy

the would tell you it's within spec, and if you are lucky, they will send in for repair, but will not be able to fix it. speaking of personal experience
