Question on restoring after jailbreaking

I used ziPhone to jailbreak only as I am an at&t customer and just wanted to install the apps (very cool btw and thanks to all those here who suggested it). I need to take my iphone to the apple store and wanted to know the best way to restore it to its original settings before having them take a look at it. In kind of a newb at this so I would appreciate simple instructions. Thanks.

Follow up questions as well

I thought I would post a followup question because I will be jailbreaking as soon as I get back from the apple store. There are many apps that arent working. For instance, the flashlight, GRE vocabulary, and many others dont work. I also cant seem to set a theme. Whenever I click a theme, it goes back to my home screen and none of the icons are different. Any help here?

Why u need to restore the iPhone before bring it to your Apple Store? I bought mine in few times and the rep doesn't care... Unless you bring it back to repair then you do need to restore it.
