Hi guys,
apologies if it has been answered previously, but I need a positive reply - I am coming to the US at the end of May and was planning to buy an iPad at an Apple retail store. However, given the strong demand and the fact that I am only staying for 5 days, I prefer ordering online and having it delivered to a friend instead, so as to be sure of having it with me when travelling back to my country. Question is, will I be able to exchange or return it without hassle at a brick and mortar Apple Store if I order it online through Apple.com, within 14 days of receiving it ? Might want to exchange it in case of dead pixels, or other screen defects, etc, that others are encountering...

many thanks!

Yes. Apple has the best customer service of any company in the whole world. Nothing can get much simpler when dealing with Apple.
