Question on Usage Time under general, help!

I was wondering why my usage is so high, which is weird cause I never use my phone that long to do anything? Its usually in standby and it's telling me I used the phone almost 3 hours which I haven't.

Is there something on thats causing it to use time? Also my cellular data is pretty high now too, it only use to hit like 600-700 max, now it's hitting 1.2gb's, weird thing is I RARELY if ever use the internet or gps or anything relating to data

The usage is related to any time you access data or make/receive phone calls and it should reset after a full charge or sync.

No it does reset, but problem is it gets to 2-3 hours of usage without me even using the phone for 3 hours, most of the time I don't use the phone to even make calls or texts so I don't get how it's getting to 3 hours or usage without me even using the phone that much.
