Question regarding running an external display on 21 MBP 16

Hey guys, I’m looking ay buying a used 2021 MacBook Pro 16” 10 core to run a Dell Ultrasharp 40” 5K 4025QW curved display at full power. Based on the specs on Apple’s site this MacBook can’t run it at full 120htz. Not sure if 120htz displays were available in 2021.

no it won't run 5k120, max I've seen it do is 4k120 thru DP to HDMI2.1 dongle and even that's kind of questionable on a 2021 M1-based MBP. You need HDMI2.1 support do that which didn't happen until the M2-based MBP.
