I have a new Mac mini (core duo/1GB) in the mail scheduled for Mar 8 delivery. I also have a 1.25 G4 mini with a 20" ACD. Now for the probably dumb question. After I set up the new mini, and start to transfer files from the old to the new, to which computer do I connect the display?

Boot the G4 mini in target mode (T during boot) then boot up the intel mini.. the G4 mini will act like a Huge external drive.. So Just drag n drop files from old 2 new

Well assuming you want to see what the new Mac is doing then the new one!

Connect the display to the new Mac and boot it. The follow the on-screen instructions to set up the old Mac in target disk mode. It doesn't need a screen as it is basically pretending to be an external hard drive. If you do connect a screen all you will see is a blue background and a yellow firewire logo moving around!
