Alright so today I woke up, and my vibrate on my iPhone 3G wasn't barely working, I couldn't really feel it, so I brought it to the Rogers Plus store in the mall, she did some tests and told me to call up rogers support and they will ship me a new one.

I called them up, the girl had me do some network reboot tests, and nothing worked. She now has a refurbished iPhone 3G in the mail on its way to me.

About 20 minutes ago, the vibrate on my iPhone got boosted back up again.
What happens when I get this in the mail, and I ship them my current one.
(My current one has a few scratches and what not, they said it was ok)
Will I get billed or in crap because its all of a sudden working?

Thanks for any answers.

What happens is if they receive your old iPhone and the damage is due to user neglect then yes they will charge you for the cost of the replacement phone...

if there is in fact an issue with the phone then no you will not get charged.

In the future contact Apple before you contact Rogers... Rogers/Fido = a pain in the ***...

Well ive never had problems with rogers, and the closest apple store is in Toronto, which is 3 hours away.

It's not user neglect, it worked fine the night before, I put it on night stand, woke up and it was gone, and now it's working fine.

I've googled, and lots of people have this issue as well.

don't worry,
I had a problem with my 3G, and when they sent me the new one, you have 15 days to return the old one, so I sold the refurb, sent the broken phone back, and bought a 3GS,

anyways.. it has a box with a pre paid stamp, you can send it back for free

if you call them up though, they might be able to stop the UPS guy from even bringing it to you..
