Question: What's the best way to learn all the bells and whistles?

I have an iMac and LOVE IT. However, I have never really felt like I have learned all the bells and whistles of it to unlock it's potential. Can anyone (experienced owners) suggest some avenues I can take to REALLY learn how to use it to a fuller potential.
