I had an US account without a credit card. Just now I changed my region. I want to buy some apps with my credit card. Now my region is Hong Kong.
I got a text as soon as I clicked the DONE. It says one USDollar has been removed from my credit card account. However, I failed to download any apps in Apple Store except free ones. (as the pics show)
I was told an "err=3259" has happened. Anybody knows what is it? Thank you very much!!
