I am planning on buying my first Macbook soon. Personally was thinking about the Macbook Pro, 15"

# 2,0-GHz quad-core
Intel Core i7
# 4 GB, 1333 MHz
# 500 GB, 5400 rpm1
# Intel HD Graphics 3000
# AMD Radeon HD 6490M met 256 MB GDDR5

However I do have some questions about it, because I am definately no computer expert.

I like playing games once in a while, especially Sims 3 features. Sometimes also online games (Flyff, somewhat similar to WoW).

Note: Not that I will only be using it for games. I will start a new school in August so I will also be using it for that.

So what I was wondering was, will these games also be good to play on a Macbook Pro? Or would you recommend getting a laptop from another brand (Dell, Asus etc.)

Hope you can help me with this!

For sure it will run those games no problem :) and after you purchase a macbook you'll never look for any other laptop again ...:D

Will be able to run all Mac games right now pretty easily, if you want the machine to last a bit longer have a look at getting the model with the 512MB updated card it is more powerful and will help your laptop last that bit longer.
