Questions about Leather Link and Braided Solo Loop

Hi everyone, I am interested in buying a Leather Link and a Braided Solo Loop.

Leather Loop: do the S/M and M/L correspond to the same sizes as the Sport Bands? For example, I currently wear the S/M Sport Band on the hole just before the outer one. Will the S/M Leather Loop fit me well?

Braided Solo Loop: Is it true that the Solo Loop sizing matches the Sport Band holes (see here). I do not have access to a printer for the tool Apple provides, and I am just trying to confirm that 6 is my size Any experiences to share here?

Similiar question to piggy back on if someone could answer.. how many magnetic bands should the leather link cover for a secure fit that wont fall off? The S/M link does about 10 around my wrist,

I just bought a S/M leather link on Saturday, I wear the 45mm S/M sport band on the 3rd to last hole, the leather link covers between the 8th/9th “pill” It seems like a secure fit.

I just tried on the braided solo loops on Saturday I wear the 45mm S/M sport band on the 3rd to last hole. They used the fitting thing on me and I was an 8, which lines up with the link to the sizing you sent, while it fit, it was a tad loose and I felt the Size 7 fit much better.
