Questions about Photos in Big Sur

Simple question really: is the star rating back in the Big Sur Photos app, instead of having them transformed into awkward keywords?

Is there going to be a geotagging editor in the Big Sur version of Photos? My biggest beef of Photos is the lack of its ability to identify a location when I move the pin to more accurately portray its real location. One should be able to add / edit the GPS coordinates
