Questions about ziphone 2.4 ...

I have some questions about ziphone 2.4 :-

1. What is bootloader?
   
2. Why would we downgrade bootloader from 4.6 to 3.9??
   
3. How downgrade bootloader will effect my IPhone?
   
4. My IPhone firmware is 1.1.3, After unlocking, activating and jailbreaks complete will my iPhone work exactly like At&t IPhone with firmware 1.1.3?
   
5. if my IPhone firmware is 1.1.3 and it is activated unlocked and jailbreaks, After downgrading My iPhone bootloader complete, will my iPhone work exactly like activated unlocked and jailbreaks IPhone with firmware 1.1.3 and BootLoader 4.6 ? ,
   
6. what I will lose if I stay at bootloader 4.6?

I have IPhone 16 GB I bought it from USA, firmware 1.1.3, Bootloader 4.6, I will use my IPhone outside of USA...

In ZiPhone 2.4, check Jailbreak, Activate, and Unlock. Let it do its thing. ZiPhone may show a red line at the end saying "ZiPhone returned 1" or something along those lines. It'll still work; my Day One iPhone got that same thing, but I popped a friend's SIM in afterwards and it worked fine. I don't know about international use, but it shouldn't be a problem...
