I currently have 32GB in my 2018 Mac Mini.

I believe that the maximum it can hold is 64GB.

Questions: if I wanted to max out to 64GB, what kind of RAM would I get?

also: would it be difficult to find someone to install it? (NOT going to try that myself!)

grateful as always for feedback,

w

I always use OWC (MacSales) when I upgrade the RAM in my computers. There website makes it easy to find the correct EAM to use and the max allowed. They also have great customer service. I really like their install videos.

hey, sorry, did you (Taz) delete your own comment, or did someone else remove it?

Here are a couple recent threads on this topic, there are also others in the Mini forum

Note: I'm moving this thread to the Mini forum since it doesn't have much to do with Catalina and I think you will get more responses there
