I'm currently using v1.1.1 Jailbroken w/ like ~20 apps. If I download "OKtoPrep", then immediately upgrade my phone to v1.1.2 via iTunes it'll be jailbroken???

You will need to get the concieted software upgrade package and run the automated jailbreak to finish the job. Also, you might have to re-install you apps, not entirely sure there.

you mean jailbreakme.com? or what? because I have Windows and I'd have to configure my network differently if I wanted to use iDemocracy
