Quick back-up question

Hi

Just double checking if backing up the 'user' folder will back up:

addresses
emails and folders in mail
safari bookmarks
ical events, birthdays, etc
music, pics, docs, etc

If you back up the user home folder...yes everything in that folder will be backed up..but you should also back up your apps by themselves just to be safe....backing up your home folder is huge unless you r backing up to an external HD or DVD.

I'm not bothered about my apps as I can easily download them again.

I've got an ext HD so it's not a problem backing up the user folder!
