I need a cellphone and have the opportunity of purchasing an iPhone. Should I buy one? GPS and 3g arent to serious of problems for me but I don't want to suffer the famous apple rev.a dissapointment associated with many of thier other products. It is between the iPhone, blackjack, and 8525. Sell me.

Just go to the apple store and play with one...once you get it, you'll get it!

I haven't used the 8525, but in regards to the Blackjack, it's as simple as this.

My friend has a blackjack and she loves it. I have an iPhone and I love it.

She played with my phone the other night. She wants an iPhone now.

Is that code for playing doctor?? :)

@OP -- I'm assuming you want an iPhone because your posting here under the iPhone section in Macrumors but you just need some assurance. Here's the assurance you need -- go get it already and quick wasting time asking if you should. :D

It is simple and works. I have done nothing but fight with other smartphones over the years to get them to do what I want. Now with the iPhone it is just smooth and simple.

It feels very unnatural how smooth it is. How well everything works together.

Go to the store and try it before you decide.

But you must know one thing: the iphone wont work on a mac unless you have 10.4.1 or higher, and it wont work with Windows 2000 -- only XP.

if thats not an issue for you then take a test drive and see how you feel about it!
