Can someone tell me where and what file I need to put into winterboard over winscp?

After you download, use WinRAR and extract it. Then delete the folder called mac OS_X. The other folder, you just SSH onto Private>Stash>Themes.XXXXX (I can never remember the order, I just know where it is from instinct.)
