Quick crazy question. Nexus/Mac.

Ok so, I got a new Mac in February, one 2014 retina pro. Previously I had 2 Mac's last year to try them, one Air 13" and one classic MBP both used. I liked the format so saved up.

After I got the Mac I sold my Windows laptop then realised gaming was an issue on a Mac. I like betas and got back into my old MMORPG. Truth be told I tried to convince myself I was done with gaming to justify the Mac.

Anyhoo, I then purchased a barely used AMD equipped HP windows laptop. Happy days again.

My usage is, Mac in the morning after nightshift for an hour+. Windows laptop when I get up for a bit of gaming plus my usual social media etc. Mac most of the weekend non gaming stuff like movies and YouTube. The only intensive thing I do is the odd photo edit via lightroom with whatever laptop I'm using.

The Mac as you can see is underused and a possible waste. I'm thinking a Nexus 9 instead and sell the Mac for a wad of cash for other hobbies.

I have a Nexus 7 2013 for work entertainment like a series catchup etc. I like Android and also have a Galaxy S5. Previously a iPhone 6+. I like it better. Had iPads too but again, prefer Android.

What say you forum browsers?

If you feel like your usage of the MBP is too little and you value having more money, I would sell your MBP. I think you should settle with one tablet, whether it's the 7 or the 9. I find having too many devices cumbersome.

For me, my ideal setup would be a Windows desktop for gaming/random stuff, Macbook for portable productivity, iPhone, and probably an Android tablet (hoping for a Nexus 7 update). If you decide to keep the MBP, maybe sell the Windows laptop and consider creating a desktop.

No one here can tell you what you what to do. Do what 'you' want. There is no right or wrong answers. At then of day it's just about devices and subjective preferences and nothing truly important or significant in a life affecting way.

If you think you don't use your MBP enough to feel satisfied owning it and would prefer to put cash somewhere else, then do so.

Do what make you happy, not what makes random strangers on forums happy.
