What's the difference between

User Wallpaper

And

User Lock Background

One is for the lock screen where you "slide to unlock", and the other is for the background behind the icons on the springboard.

If I enable both I can have a separate picture for the lockscreen and a separate picture for the background? I have both enabled and it's not working.
