I have Pages 2 and want to be able to make a background with the glass effect that Apple sometimes use or the background on some widgets. Please be quick and THANK YOU very much!!! :D
 
No it's not the reflection effect. It's something like this:

I can't find it in the graphics part of the inspector.

Are we referring to opacity? The lower the percentage, the more "see-through" the graphic is.

You can accomplish this so-called 'glass effect' using the opacity, if the original image is shaded before hand. In this instance, I would create the two sections of the image (glassy and matte/opaque) using an image editor then paste them into pages and apply the transparency to the edge piece or w/e.
