If you Jailbreak your iPhone, will it give you a choice whether to boot up in the default Apple operating system or Jailbreak's? Kind of like how you can choose a boot disk when your booting up your Mac by holding down alt.

You should do more reading before asking questions.

Jailbreaking does not make it a dual-boot system.

The jailbroken apps, and the Apple-sanctioned apps simply live in peace together. ;)

OP, did you just get an iPhone and you've never done a JB before, right?

about to. i'm getting one in December and i want to explore my options. will i lose a functionality if i Jailbreak my iPhone, like visual voice mail or other goodies like seeing the Apple logo at bootup?
