Quick Photoshop edit

Can any of you photoshop guru's do a quick edit to my logo.

1. I need you to remove the text at the bottom "Creative Business and Cultral Concepts"

2. I need the file delivered back to me with a transparent background. The file is for computer viewing (website) not print. Current format jpg, please save in the correct format for transparency.

Do you know what font the red lettering is? If I have it, I could trace it in Illustrator for you, giving you great portability for future use.

Thanks Heavy Doody, but I got it done. The font is called bodino.
