Quick photoshop question. Open docs in new window automatically

I looked around pref.s but had no luck....

Does anyone know if you can set photoshop to open up new documents in a new window automatically. Not a new tab, but a new window. Thanks!

Uncheck OPEN DOCUMENTS AS TABS.

I feel foolish. I looked through all the options, but I was only looking at unchecked boxes, thinking that there would be a box "Open documents as windows".
