Quick question about the imac 20 and 24 native resolution on the 9400m.

Which will perform better on wow or any game, an imac 20inch or 24inch with the same spec of 2.66ghz 9400m 4gb memory?


They're both are almost identical but the native resolutions are different.I'm comparing a 20inch imac resolution 1680by1050 to a 24inch 1920by1200.
So I'm guessing the 9400m will do better on a 20inch imac right?
Since the 9400m is not all that powerful so I'm guessing it can't do well on the 1920by1200 when gaming ?

You'll always lose a few frames a second if the machine has to deal with more pixels.

You don't have to stick to native resolutions though. You'd get the same frame rate on both running at 1280 x 900 for example, but it wouldn't look as good on the larger display.
