Quick question about Upgrading

I've got a 3GS with the normal (unlimited) $30 data plan.

I want to keep this. If I upgrade to the 4G, will I be able to continue my enjoyment of the unlimited data plan.

The jailbreak breakthrough has pushed me forward with my decision to purchase a 4G because I loves my tethering on my 3GS.
