Meant ships**

I just ordered an iPad Case from the apple store online. A few min. ago i received the confirmation email, and it says "Ships May 7, Delivers May 11"
That's pretty far away. I figure I'd leave it since I've been waiting for my Best Buy to get them for a week, and i don't want to decide to keep waiting and find that they still don't have them.
So- does anyone know?

Absolutely! I cancelled my ipad case order after I found one in the store.

If it was ordered with something else, wouldn't you then be charged shipping for the other item if it shipped?

You can cancel your order up until the time it's prepared for shipment, i.e., they have charged your CC and printed out a shipping label. Once its prepared for shipment the "cancel" button goes away and your order ships, like it or not. At that point you have to wait until its delivered and then return it -- you should be able to return an unopened iPad to a retail store if you don't want to pay to have it shipped back. As long as it's not opened you will not pay a restock fee.
