Hey guys, just a quick question. We think my wife's iPhone has a battery issue, in that it drains very quickly, more and more consistently, without heavy usage at all. We want to take it in to an Apple store to have someone look at it, and I wanted to make sure I had my ducks in a row. Do we need to make a Genius appointment, or is that something just for AppleCare customers or something? We're well within our one-year warranty (just bought the phones last month), but I wasn't sure what the process was. I had done a nominal search of the Apple.com and I wasn't able to find an answer to my question.
If anyone could let me know, I'd greatly appreciate it!
