Is it ok to backup your iPhone in iTunes after jailbreaking. I connected my phone into iTunes and it backed it up. Sooo is it ok or no? Sorry for the noobish post 😱

depending on what you mean by okay...it won't do anything to your phone. Just be sure not to update your iOS

Alrighty sooo if I decide to un jailbreak and I restore all of iOS back to factory I can restore from my last backup on iTunes and everything will work fine?

Yes as the back up to your mac/pc or icloud does not hold the jail-break info.
