I did a quick search, didn't find much, I am basically just making sure of something. I currently have an iMac 1.83 Intel Core Duo. It has 1.5 gbs of ram in it now. I will be getting a MacBook (black) 2.0 Intel Core 2 Duo in a few weeks and plan to take out the 1 gb stick from my iMac and put it into my MacBook...They use the same RAM correct? Thank you...

Yes they do and yes that will work. Be advised that it is recommended in the MacBooks to have matched pairs. It will work fine and no harm will come to your computer but matched pairs will show slight improvement over unmatched (of the same size) but 1.5GB will be better than 1GB.
