iPhone Quick Reminder/Quick Note tweak?

I might have missed it, but does anyone know if there is a possibility to set a new reminder and new note from CC or NC? Or any quick way possible..?
 
For quick note creation I use NoteCreator from the ModMyi repo, you have to use activator to use it.

Just does notes, but you can set up an Activator action. With Activator it will work on the lockscreen.
