Quick Value of Mac Pro 1,1 please

Hi All


I am selling my Mac Pro 1,1 on eBay and just wanted some advise on the minimum I should allow it to sell for. I dont want to get screwed but I don't want to expect too much either, the specs are;

2x E5435 2.3ghz quad
16GB RAM
120GB SSD
2x2TB HDD
2xSuperDrive DVD-RW
8800GT graphics card

I've been looking at Mac Pro prices for a couple of months now, and I'd expect you to get around or just over $1000 for that.

• 2x 2.66 GHz Dual-core Xeon "Woodcrest"
• 2.0 GHz, 2.66 GHz or 3.0 GHz Dual-core
• 3.0 GHz Quad-core Intel Xeon "Clovertown"

A 2.66GHz MacPro1,1 with your specs comes up as 1170.00 on www.mac2sell.net

If you look at the processor model he quoted there E5435 those were never used in a mac pro. To the OP you'd find correct info under "about this mac". Just click on the in the upper left.

I'm sure the OP gave the correct info. He has an 8-core machine that obviously isn't factory specced. It's been done before and is not unusual. I just wouldn't know how to price that...
