Hi All

I am selling my Mac Pro 1,1 on eBay and just wanted some advise on the minimum I should allow it to sell for. I dont want to get screwed but I don't want to expect too much either, the specs are;

2x E5435 2.3ghz quad
16GB RAM
120GB SSD
2x2TB HDD
2xSuperDrive DVD-RW
8800GT graphics card

Thanks in advance.

I thought the MacPro1,1 came with...

  • 2x 2.66 GHz Dual-core Xeon "Woodcrest"
  • 2.0 GHz, 2.66 GHz or 3.0 GHz Dual-core
  • 3.0 GHz Quad-core Intel Xeon "Clovertown"

A 2.66GHz MacPro1,1 with your specs comes up as 1170.00 on www.mac2sell.net

If you look at the processor model he quoted there E5435 those were never used in a mac pro. To the OP you'd find correct info under "about this mac". Just click on the :apple: in the upper left.

I'm sure the OP gave the correct info. He has an 8-core machine that obviously isn't factory specced. It's been done before and is not unusual. I just wouldn't know how to price that...
