I purchased an ipod classic from amazon about 2-week ago and it is having problems charging. I think the bottom connector is damaged. The charger works fine for my iphone. I think it was damaged when I fell asleep with my ipod. Can I stop by the apple store and get a new one or am I S.O.L.

iPods come with a one year warranty (which you can also extend to two years, if you buy it). Take it to the Apple Store or give AppleCare a call.
