iPhone QUICK way to get rid of jailbreak? (Getting errors)

So tomorrow my Apple Watch series 3 arrives so I need to COMPLETELY get rid of my jailbreak on my iPhone 6 Plus. It's jailbroke on iOS 10.2. I tried to to t over the air update to just update to the newest version of iOS 11. However I keep getting the following error - " software update failed. An error occurred downloading iOS 11" I tried rebooting and all that Jazz and I still get the error. So I figured I would just use iTunes on my PC, however on iTunes after I select update it then wants to take a backup of my phone. iTunes gets stuck on this step. So I click the little x to cancel the backup and try again. Same deal. How can I update to iOS 11 now? There has to be a quicker and easier way. Thanks in advance for any help!

58 views and no one can offer any help? I tried doing the DFU restore and it appears everything is going fine until the very end and then iTunes says "waiting for iPhone" and the phone does nothing.
