Where the Air Force sends me
I'm about to purchase WV. Can I get the upgrade version or do I have to buy the full $200 version? I'm going to use VMWare fusion if that matters at all.

Thanks and sorry for the dumb question.

You will need to buy the full version unless you are upgrading a current system.

I suggest looking for an OEM version on amazon or similar, tends to be much cheaper than full retail price.

Second this...also try Microcenter for OEM version of software (although Amazon may be cheeper...go with the cheapest if the company is reliable)

Where the Air Force sends me
I'm currently running XP on my old MacBook. I just bought a new MBP and need windows on it. I do not have the XP disk anymore. Is it possible to get XP onto my new MBP? Migration assistant didn't grab the virtual disk...
Any help would be great

Windows 7 will work until next March, when it will start doing an auto-shutdown every two hours. You will have until June 1, when the system will not work anymore, to buy Windows 7 and do a clean install.
