Quickly tagging TV Shows?

I tried to search, but apparently my search fu is weak, so I guess I'll just post my question.

Well I have about 30+ seasons for various TV Shows that I need to tag, is it possible to automate tagging them ? So I don't have to manually enter every detail like Episode # etc. I'm really not too excited to do each season by hand as I've already done a couple that way, and it almost killed me.

So I really hope that there is a simple way to tag these, preferably on OS X, but if it's only a Windows only program, that's okay too I guess.

Have you tried MetaX? I have been using it to tag and import videos after I convert them with visual hub. I know it has a TV show function but I haven't used it yet.

It does use presets for tv shows too so you could setup a preset for a show that could help automate it a bit.

Yes I've tried MetaX still to much manual entry unfortunately.
