I still have a car without bluetooth, so i'm regularly listening to my music by connecting the AUX cable to my car/iphone. Since my iPhone's autolock is set to 1 minute, it's a bit of a hassle to go to settings everytime and change the autolock to never. Because i want my screen to remain on while i'm driving (not only music, but also Google Maps for example). I was hoping there was a way to speed up this workflow; maybe through a widget in the control center? Probably not, but i thought i'd ask..

Google Maps will keep your iPhone unlocked as long as you're using it for directions, but you probably know that.
I don't have iOS 11 installed yet. Does Customize Controls let you add an auto-lock toggle?

You could ask Siri to do it ...
She will tell you that she can't do that, but will give you a button that takes you to that setting.
That's the quickest way I know, short of jailbreaking.

I'm guessing you want to do this getting on/off the car, not during the trip. If so, you can do slide down on home screen to search, type "auto-lock." The link to the setting should show up if you scroll down. Once you've done that once, it should show up under "Siri Search Suggestions" the next time you swipe down to search (without actually typing this time, even if you clear the search field.) So from now on you can swipe down, tap, and change the setting. Not a single tap solution, but faster than manually doing it.
The app Launcher use to be able to take you to specific areas in Settings directly, but it looks like Apple's not allowing that anymore and Launcher's removed those options.

The app Apple acquired earlier this year may be able to give you a somewhat solution. It’s called Workflow. It allows the setting up of automated actions (and I believe makes them tapable via a widget)

I believe there’s a website somewhere where a bunch of users have created their own custom actions that are available for anyone to use. (The app itself has been around a long time, it’s just only been purchased by Apple themselves recently this year)
Makes me wonder why Apple would just randomly buy the app. As in they have plans down the road to add this kind of functionality stock into iOS perhaps.
Workflow app stopped working for some of my old scripts handling Settings (such as VPN) in iOS.
That said, is it still possible to use Wokflow to Quickly toggle auto-lock settings ? Any hints on the script? Thanks.
