quickpwn doesnt run on bros computer

hey my brother was interested in jailbreaking his iphone but quickpwn doesnt seem to run on his computer, runs fine on my dads laptop and my parents computer but not his. i forget the error message it says and i downloaded the file provided from the guide in these forums but no luck.

any ideas?

What are the specs on your brothers computer?
