Yes but the dev team only programs for OS X. planetbeing and poorlad ported the program to windows and obviously changed a few things here and there. You can see planetbeing and poorlad's names at the bottom of one of the pictures.

The first screenshot in QuickPwn on Mac OS X. Your version is QuickPwn (Windows). It is not WinPwn as someone else said. They're not the same. WinPwn is the Windows' port of the iPhone Dev Team's PwnageTool for Mac.
