I was considering upgrading to quicktime pro, but I have a question. Is the picture quality good when using the full screen version? For instance, could I have watched the MWSF keynote in full screen and had good picture quality? With the free version, the picture is only good at the default size, which is very small. Thanks in advance. :)

The quality of any specific video will not change with Quicktime Pro, unless you manually do so through Pro's features. Also, if you have a fast enough connection, and you get great quality at a res. of, say, 2/5 your full screen res., you should be able to view it in full screen without much of a problem.

As for other movies in general, if you use full screen on a quality video, you should have no problem with viewing that in full screen as well.

Thanks for your reply. I have a 1 GHz tibook with 15 inch screen and DSL connection. When I manually make quicktime movies (ie Steve's presentation at MWSF) bigger by dragging the corner of the window, it doesn't look so hot. So, I was just curious if QuickTime Pro would be any better. Thanks.
