Quicktime Manual Advance on iMac from Keynote presentation? How to work it?

I am stuck pushing buttons. How do I make it advance? I click it with my mouse and it plays the slide it started on, but how do I get it to the next slide? Never exported files and done this before. Thanks in advance.

I made a keynote presentation with music and effects, etc. I need it to play on a windows computer for my class. I have quicktime version 10.0.

I first did the keynote presentation and exported it to Quicktime under Manual Advance, it finished and I'm stuck.

Clicking inside the QuickTime window does an advance for me. Keep in mind that on a Windows machine you'll be using 7.x, a mouse click or the arrow keys work there.
