But I noticed in Quicktime, if you hold down on the icon it shows your recently opened files. Works in Preview too! Attachments Screen Shot 2011-02-28 at 22.42.56.jpg 157.7 KB · Views: 150

You can also just flick upwards on the Magic Mouse (as if scrolling in Safari) while the cursor is over the QuickTime icon

Click to expand... wow thats cool! maybe this will be added to most apps and be similar to Windows 7 jump lists which i really like, but with much better previews. can you scroll up using a normal mouse to invoke QuickTime's recent files?
