Flatout 2.

I've played the demo and its super fun, and it runs perfectly like any native game should, even though its a port.

There is also a NFS: Most Wanted Cider port for Mac.

Another vote for Flatout 2. Bought it a couple months ago and run it on my Macbook Pro Core Duo laptop.

Totally addictive.
