Is it to much for my mac pro 4.1 to have Radeon 5770 And GTx 550ti in my mac will this be to much for my power supply? to handle. And if yes what is my option here to have both cards in?

thanks

Is that the 2009 Nehalem Mac Pro?

I think the 2009 and 2010 Mac Pro comes with a 980W PSU meaning it should be enough to power 2 graphics cards.

But why are you mixing and matching GPUs from the red team and the green team?

sorry guys its 2009 Nehalem 2.66ghz mac pro i am using 550 ti for cuda to run davinchi resolve and 5770 to run the monitors. I think that Mac Pro power supply is rated at 950w but only 300w is supposed to go to the PCI slots so basicly i will need one more power cable for 5770

Yes both the 5770 and the 550TI require a 6Pin power cable, so other than needing an extra power cable (check ebay) you shouldn't have any problems.
