Was going order my SreenSavrz from Radtech and was wondering,
if anyone uses theses Wildeepz Display Cushions on their Macbook?

At $12.95 do you consider these a necessary accessory?

Doesn't seem like it

It doesn't seem like it to me. I'm getting a Screensavrz as well, mostly because I like having it to clean the screen occaisionally. On my TiBook, the tolerances almost required the wildeepz, but on my Macbook, I don't see that there is a problem. Everything shuts nice and clean...

I use the WildEepz on my PowerBook 17" but don't think they would be needed on the new MacBooks or MBPs. The PB 17" didn't have spacers on the outer edges like the MBPs do. My PB started to get black mark edge wear on the palm rests where the top and bottom of the case would rub while the PB was in my backpack. AppleCare replaced the palm rest and then I got the WildEepz. Made the whole thing feel a bit more solid when closed. I also have one of their Screensavrz which is one of the best investments you can make for protection and cleaning. The thing lasts forever.
