In the past just having an array in OS X was enough for Apple's Boot Camp HFS driver to crash Windows. http://www.paragon-software.com/products/home/for_mac.html MacDrive Pro: http://support.mediafour.com/entries/20425888-MacDrive-Pro-Apple-RAID-support So you have two possible options. I think some users used Apricorn Duo also. Last edited: Apr 22, 2015

Your only option would be to use some sort of hardware RAID that's transparent to the operating system. A software RAID configured in OS X won't be recognized as a valid volume in Windows, nor would the opposite be true.
