MP 1,1-5,1 RAID Configuration Question

Can the Mac Pro 5,1 support running 4 hard disk drives in two separate RAID 1 volumes? Right now I'm running two 10 TB drives in a RAID 1 (mirrored) config. I was curious if it was possible to setup a second RAID 1 volume if I added two more drives, or if the computer could only support one RAID volume at a time or something. Thank you.
